Windows used to manage duplicate ticket printer specification items:
All of these windows are opened from the duplicate printer specification of the sales setting element.
The editor window allows you to modify attributes of one or more duplicate printers.
You can open the editor window by using the command or by selecting one or more duplicate printers.
If one item is selected in the data grid, the editor window opens.
Window fields:
Sales setting element indicates the sales setting element (sales setting and concurrence names appear in order to indicate the element). This is a required field.
Device is the printer that has the same functions as the main ticket printer (duplicate printer). This is a required field.
Please select a device in the window from a list of devices that can be used as a printer.
Mode is the service mode of the duplicate printer. The mode determines whether it is necessary to group order items when service messages are printed.
Please choose one of the following options:
Each item on a separate ticket - each order item (with its child items) is printed on a separate order ticket;
All items on one ticket - the entire list of order items is printed on one order ticket (order items are not grouped);
Items with the same concurrence on one ticket - order items are grouped by their concurrence;
Items with the same course on one ticket - order items are grouped by their course;
Items with the same concurrence and course on one ticket - order items are grouped by their concurrence and course.
If this field has not been filled in, it displays the value specified in the Mode field of the window.
Click to save data. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
The editor window opens if two or more entries are selected in the duplicate printers specification.
The fields are similar to those in the window.
You can open the entry window by using the command from the context menu. From here, you can add a new duplicate printer to the specification.
