The directory is used to manage the locations of divisions, stores, or devices.
Location of the directory: - - .
Data grid columns:
Name is the name of the location.
Description is a brief text description of the location.
Security level is the security level assigned to the location.
System is a tag identifying system objects.
The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new location to the directory.
(F2) – edits location attributes.
– menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
To add new items to the directory, please use the and entry windows. To edit directory contents, use the or editor windows.
When deleting locations from the directory, a confirmation prompt appears.
To select locations in the entry and editor windows of other directories, please use the window.
