Additional order promotion category window

The Additional promotion categories panel is used to add additional promotion categories to be applied when the order is paid for (discounts, markups).

Note

The Additional promotion categories panel contains a list of additional promotion categories, which can be assigned to an order or guest tab either manually or automatically. If any promotion categories are assigned to the division or table, they will be automatically added to the list of additional promotion categories for orders created in this division or table.

Data grid columns:

  • Guest tab indicates the guest tab, the specification of which contains the given order.

  • Promotion category is an additional promotion category added to the order.

  • Order denotes the number of the order.

  • Status is the status of the order.

The context menu of the promotion category specification contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds an item to the promotion categories specification of the order.

  • Edit / View (F2) – edits or displays promotion categories specification items of the order.

  • Delete (Del) – permanently deletes items from the promotion categories specification of the order.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

The New additional order promotion category and New additional order promotion categories entry windows are used to add new additional promotion categories to the order specification.

The Additional order promotion category and Additional order promotion categories editor windows are used to edit additional promotion categories of the order.

The Additional order promotion category and Additional order promotion categories viewing windows are used to become familiar with the additional promotion categories of the orders with the Submitted status.

A confirm permanent deletion prompt appears when you delete promotion categories from the order specification.
