The directory is used to manage the reasons you specify on POS terminals when performing restricted operations.
Location of the directory:
- - .For your convenience, restricted operation reasons are grouped by type. The groups are created by the developer and cannot be edited by the user.
Data grid columns:
Name indicates the name of the reason or group of reasons for a restricted POS terminal operation.
Description is a brief description of the reason for a restricted POS terminal operation.
Stock adjustment denotes whether stock items must be deducted as a result of the restricted operation.
Security level is the security level assigned to the restricted POS terminal operation reason.
System is a tag identifying system objects.
The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds reasons for restricted POS terminal operations to the directory.
(F2) – edits reasons for restricted POS terminal operations.
This command is available only when you select reasons for restricted POS terminal operations. When you select a reason type (reason group), it is unavailable.
(Del) – deletes reasons for restricted POS terminal operations to the .
This command is available only when you select a reason for a restricted POS terminal operation; when you select a reason type, it is unavailable.

(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

To add new reasons for restricted POS terminal operations, use the and entry windows. To edit attributes of the items, use the and windows.
A confirmation prompt appears when you delete reasons for restricted POS terminal operations.
