The Layout panel allows you to compose a table and device layout (room layout).

The Layout panel has a field where you can place reference images to represent tables and devices located in the room.

The context menu of the Layout panel contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds an item (table or device) to the layout.

  • Edit (F2) – edits an item on the layout.

  • Delete (Del) – permanently deletes tables or devices from the layout.

  • Edit – menu containing commands to manage the clipboard, as well as to cancel and repeat actions.

    • Undo (Ctrl+Z) – cancels the last action.

    • Redo (Shift+Ctrl+Z) – repeats the last action.

    • Cut (Ctrl+X) – moves items to the clipboard.

    • Copy (Ctrl+C) – copies items to the clipboard.

    • Paste (Ctrl+V) – pastes items from the clipboard.

  • Alignment – menu containing commands to align images relative to each other.

    These menu commands are only available in the layout editing mode when one or more table or device images have been selected.

    • Left edges – aligns table and device images along their left edges.

    • Align bottom – aligns table and device images along their bottom edges.

    • Right edges – aligns table and device images along their right edges.

    • Align top – aligns table and device images along their top edges.

  • Spaces – menu containing commands to group images with each other.

    These menu commands are only available in the layout editing mode when one or more table or device images have been selected.

    • Even out horizontal spaces – aligns horizontal spaces between table or device images.

    • Even out vertical spaces – aligns vertical spaces between table or device images.

    • Minimize horizontal spaces – minimizes horizontal spaces between table or device images.

    • Minimize vertical spaces – minimizes vertical spaces between table or device images.

To add a table or device image to the seating layout, use the New element window. If you wish to edit it, use the Element editor window.
