Stock movement operational report

The Stock movement operational report is used to view information about the movement of stock items in a selected date range.

The operational report window contains filter parameters and the list of stock-in and stock-out operations related to the selected stock items.

Data grid columns:

  • Stock item indicates the name of the stock item that was moved.

  • Store is the name of the store in which the stock item operation was carried out.

  • Quantity is the quantity of the stock item included in the store document specification.

    For stock-out operations the quantity is indicated with a minus sign ('–').

  • Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement for the stock item.

  • Document denotes the number of the document in which the stock item is included.

  • Document date designates the date on which the document was created.

  • Document type is the type of the document in which the stock item is included.

  • Status indicates the status of the store document the specification of which contains the given menu item.

  • Employee is the user name of the employee who created the document.

  • Price is the price of the stock item as indicated in the document specification.

  • Total shows the total value of the stock item as indicated in the document specification.

  • Price by cost is the price of the item after cost price calculation.

  • Total by cost price denotes the cost price of the stock item.

  • Stock item group indicates the stock item group to which the stock item belongs.

  • Type denotes the stock item type to which the given stock item belongs.

  • Class is the class to which the stock item belongs.

  • Additional is additional information about movement of the stock item (names of stores or partners recorded in documents).

  • Date is the date and time when the document was processed in the storekeeping system.

  • Description is a brief text description of the document.

  • Comment is any additional information on the store document specification items included in the Stock movement operational report.

You cannot edit the stock movement operational report. Context menu commands:

  • Documents (F2) – displays store document specifications.

  • Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
