The
operational report is used to view information about the turnover of stock items in a selected date range.Location:
– – .The window contains a panel with filter parameters and a panel listing the elements that match the selected filter parameters.
Data grid columns:
Store is the name of the store where the document containing the stock item was created.
Stock item indicates the name of the stock item that was moved.
Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement for the stock item.
On hand (start of interval) designates the stock remaining on the beginning date of the selected period.
Quantity is the quantity of the stock item included in the store document specification. Positive values denote a stock-in operation; negative values denote a stock-out operation.
On hand (end of interval) designates the stock remaining on the end date of the selected period.
Price is the price of the stock item as indicated in the document specification.
Total shows the total value of the stock item as indicated in the document specification.
Price by cost is the price of the item after cost price calculation.
Total by cost price denotes the cost price of the stock item.
Document is the number of the document in which the stock item was included.
Document date designates the date on which the document was created.
Document type indicates the type of the store document in which the stock item was included.
Status indicates the status of the store document the specification of which contains the selected menu item.
Additional provides space for any additional information (names of stores or partners, as indicated in the store document).
Class is the class to which the stock item belongs.
Stock item group is the name of the stock item group to which the stock item belongs.
Type denotes the stock item type to which the given stock item belongs.
Comment is any additional comment on the store document specification item.
Employee shows the user name of the employee who created the document.
Description is a short description of the document.
Index is the place of the document in the sequence order of the operational report.
You cannot edit the stock item turnover operational report. Context menu commands:
(F2) – displays store document specifications.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
