Return delivery note specification item window

The following windows are used when working with return delivery note specification items:

All of these windows are opened from the return delivery note specification.

The editor window is opened by using the Edit command. From here, you can edit one or more return delivery note specification items.

If one item is selected in the specification, the Return delivery note specification item editor window opens.

Window fields:

  • Note is the number of the return delivery note. This field is read-only.

    It is only editable in the return delivery note specification item entry window, where it is a required field.

  • Stock item indicates the stock item from a stock-in record to be included into the return delivery note specification. This field is read-only.

    In order to select a stock item from a stock-in record to include into a return delivery note specification, use the filter wizard.

  • Stock-in quantity denotes the quantity of the stock item received via the stock-in record. This field is read-only.

  • Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement for the stock item. This field is read-only.

  • Returned quantity shows the quantity of the stock item previously returned via a different return delivery note. This field is read-only.

  • Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement for the stock item. This field is read-only.

  • Quantity is the quantity of the stock item in the indicated units of measurement. This is a required field.

    The quantity of the stock item indicates the amount by which the stock on hand will be decreased once the document is successfully processed by the storekeeping system.

  • Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement for the stock item. This is a required field.

    The unit of measurement shows how to measure quantities of stock items included in the specification of the return delivery note.

  • Price denotes the stock item price per unit.

    The stock item price is defined per one unit of the stock item (quantity, weight, or volume).

    The price at which the returned stock item is calculated is used to calculate stock item cost prices.

  • Total is the total price of the indicated quantity of the stock item.

    Total price = price * quantity

  • VAT, % is the VAT rate applicable to the stock item.

    In the drop-down menu there is a list of all the VAT rates in the VAT rates directory.

    This percentage determines the amount of VAT added to the selected stock item. The default VAT is listed in the System settings directory.

  • VAT amount is the amount of VAT levied on the selected stock item.

    VAT amount = total * VAT %.

    This percentage determines the amount of VAT to be calculated for the selected stock item.

  • Incl. VAT is the total amount due for the indicated stock item quantity, including VAT. This is a required field.

    This value shows the amount due for the received stock item, including VAT.

  • Index indicates the place of the stock item in the order of the return delivery note specification.

  • Comment is a short comment.

    Any additional information can be entered in this field.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

If two or more specification items are selected, the Edit command will open the Return delivery note specification items editor window. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected specification items. Their associated return delivery notes appear in brackets.

The panels and fields are similar to those in the Return delivery note specification item window.

The entry window is used to enter one or more new items to the return delivery note specification.

The New return delivery note specification item is opened by using the Add command or by adding one stock item to the specification from the clipboard.

The fields are similar to those in the Return delivery note specification item window.

The New return delivery note specification items editor window opens when you simultaneously paste several stock items from the clipboard to a return delivery note specification.

The fields are similar to those in the Return delivery note specification item window.

The sequential editor window for return delivery note specification items is opened by using the Edit sequentially command after selecting a return delivery note specification item. This window allows you to consecutively edit specification items without closing the window.

The sequential editor window contains the additional buttons: < Edit and Edit >.

The fields are similar to those in the Return delivery note specification item window.

You can open the return delivery note specification item viewing window by using the View command. From here, you can familiarise yourself with the attributes of one or more selected items.

The window opens when you select one or more specification items of a return delivery note with the status Ready or Registered. This window is read-only; all fields are disabled.

If one item is selected in the specification, the Return delivery note specification item editor window opens.

Selecting Close will close the viewing window.

You can open the Return delivery note specification items viewing window by using the View command when you have selected two or more specification items from stock-out records with the status Ready or Registered.
