The Specification panel is used to enter specification data for planned cost records.
The Specification panel lists stock items for which planned costs are specified.
Data grid columns:
Stock item indicates the stock item included in the specification of the planned cost record.
Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement for the stock item.
Cost price shows the planned cost price of the stock item.
Stock item group indicates the stock item group to which the stock item belongs.
Type denotes the stock item type to which the given stock item belongs.
Comment is a short comment.
Document is the number of the planned cost record to which the selected stock item belongs.
Status is the status of the planned cost record.
Index indicates the order in which stock items are included in the planned cost record.
Class is the class to which the stock item belongs.
The specification context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds an item to the specification of the planned cost record.
This command is available only in specifications of planned cost records with the status Not ready.
(F2) – edits or views items included in the specification of the planned cost record.
/The Not ready. If the record has the status Ready, the command is replaced with the command.
command is available only in filled in specifications of planned cost records with the status(Del) – permanently deletes the selected stock items from the specification of the planned cost record.
The Not ready. If a record has the status Ready, the command in the context menu is disabled.

When you select one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When you select documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.

To add new items to the specifications of planned cost records, use the and entry windows.
The and editor windows are used for editing specification items. A sequential editor window (also named ) can also be used.
The confirm permanent deletion prompt appears when you delete specification items from the planned cost record.
If a planned cost record has the status Ready, no changes can be made to its specification. In this case, the specification items become read-only, and the command is replaced with the command in the context menu.
When one or more specification items are selected, the or viewing window opens, respectively.
