Adding items sequentially to the specification (Select from... commands)

The context menus of store document specifications contain the Select from stock items and Select from stock on hand commands. They allow you to add two or more stock items sequentially from the Stock items directory or Stock on hand operational report to the specification without closing the window.

Selecting the Select from stock items command from the context menu opens the Stock items directory window. The context menu of this window also contains the Select (F9) command. The informational panel Add from stock items is located above the specification data grid.

To add the selected stock items to the specification, use the Select command or press F9. This will open the entry window, in which you can add new specification item(s). After you fill in the fields and close the window, the Stock items window does not close and you can continue selecting other stock items from the directory.

Selecting the Select from stock on hand command from the context menu opens the Stock on hand directory window. The context menu of this window also contains the Select (F9) command. The informational panel, Add from stock on hand, is located above the specification data grid.

To add the selected stock items to the specification, use the Select command or press F9. This will open the entry window, in which you can add new specification item(s). After you fill in the fields and close the window, the Stock on hand window does not close and you can continue to select other stock items from the directory.

The context menus of order and sales specifications in bills include the Select from menu command. It allows you to add multiple menu items to the specification sequentially without closing the window.

Selecting the Select from menu command from the context menu opens the Menu directory window. The context menu of this window also contains the Select (F9) command. The Add from menu informational panel is located above the specification data grid.

After you fill in the fields and close the window, the Menu window does not close and you can continue selecting other menu items from the directory.
