In the IDs panel, you can specify the IDs that are used by the employee.

Data grid columns:

  • ID denotes the ID used by the employee.

  • Issued on is the date on which the ID was issued to the employee.

  • Comment is a short comment.

  • Employee is the name of the employee.

The context menu contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a new ID to the employee specification.

  • Edit (F2) – edits attributes of the IDs that have been assigned to employees.

  • Delete (Del) – permanently deletes IDs from the employee specification.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add a new ID to the employee specification, use the New employee ID entry window. To edit attributes of the IDs that have been assigned to employees, use the Employee ID and Employee IDs editor window.

When you delete IDs from employees’ specifications, a confirm permanent deletion prompt appears.
