Abstract

TfmClientDiscountPointRegister

Regular customer point balances are the numbers of points accumulated by regular customers at the present time as a result of their previous visits. These points can be used to assign discounts in your business's sales system or in partners' sales systems.

Points are accumulated as they are added (e.g. when menu items are sold to the client) or deducted (e.g. when the client receives a discount, points have expired, or a promotion has ended). These operations can be performed automatically on the terminal or manually using the Regular customer points operations list.

At any given moment in time, you can track the movement of points in and out of any regular customer's account (in the Regular customer points operations list) as well as the points balances on accounts (in the Regular customer point balances operational report).

Number of points is one of the factors that determine discounts. You can specify the minimum and maximum numbers of points for a promotion type; the promotion will apply only within this range. In other words, the promotion will be calculated if the balance is greater than the minimum points value, but less than the maximum value.
