The personal profile of any individual stored in the directory must belong to a personal profile group. You can group personal profiles according to any criteria you find useful.
The list of personal profile groups in use is displayed in the and directory windows. Personal profile groups are nodes in the tree list of personal profiles in the directory window.
Changes made in the directory are immediately applied to the directory, and vice versa.
