Abstract

The following windows are used when working with promotion categories of order items:

The following windows are used for viewing additional promotion categories in fulfilled orders:

All of these windows are opened from the context menu of the order promotion categories specification, while the multiple entry window is opened when pasting two or more promotion categories from the clipboard.

The editor window is opened by the Edit command and allows one or more additional promotion categories to be edited.

If one promotion category item is selected in the specification, the Additional order item promotion category editor window will open.

Fields in the window are editable only if the order has the Not ready status.

Window fields:

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

The multiple additional promotion categories editor window opens when multiple promotion categories are selected for editing.

The title in the window header changes over to Additional order item promotion categories . It has a panel displaying the list of the selected promotion categories. The order item to which each promotion category relates is displayed in brackets to the right of each of them.

The fields and panels are the same as in the Additional order item promotion category window.

The entry window enables the user to add one or more promotion categories to the order item specification.

The New additional order item promotion category entry window is opened by the Add command in the context menu or when adding a single additional promotion category from the clipboard.

The viewing window is opened by the View command when one or more additional promotion categories are selected in the specification of an order with the Submitted status. The window fields are read-only.

If one item is selected in the additional order item promotion categories specification, the Additional order item promotion category viewing window will open.

Selecting Close will close the viewer window.

The Additional order item promotion categories viewing window is opened when two or more additional promotion categories are selected in order item specifications, of which at least one has the Submitted status.

It has a panel displaying the list of the selected promotion categories. The order item to which each promotion category relates is displayed in brackets to the right of each of them.
