Personal profile group is a group containing personal profile of an individual. This is a required field.

Surname is the person's surname.

Name, middle name and surname are usually entered as shown on the ID.

Name is the person's first (given) name.

Middle name is the person's middle name.

Date of birth is the day, month and year when a person was born.

Place of work is the name of the company where a person works.

Job title is the person's job title.

Usually, it is specified for employees and representatives of partners.

Work address is the person's work address.

Usually, full address with zip code is entered.

Work phone is the work telephone number.

Usually, a full number is entered, including country code, area code (e.g. +44 20 0000 0000), and internal extension if necessary (e.g. ext. 5555).

Home address is the person's home address.

Usually, full address with zip code is entered

Home phone is the home telephone number.

Usually, a full number is entered, including country code and area code (e.g. +44 20 0000 0000).

Mobile number is the mobile telephone number.

Usually, a full number is entered, including country code and area code (e.g. +44 7000 000 000).

Mobile phone number can be used (upon agreement with the owner) for urgent communications, SMS distribution, greetings etc.

The call from a previously entered mobile phone number can be used as its owner's ID.

E-mail is the person's e-mail address.

E-mail can be used (upon agreement with the owner) for communications, mailing newsletters, greetings etc.

Document is the name and details of the person's identification document.

Normally, you would enter the following details: ID number, date of issue and date of expiry.

Gender is the person's sex, it is selected from: Male, Female, (empty) .

If the sex is unknown, you can choose the (empty) option from the list. In this case the field remains empty.

Comment is a short comment.

Any additional information concerning this individual can be stored in this field.

Language pack is the pack of languages spoken by the person.
