The Specification panel is used for managing elements of the payment setting that determine the way of paying for ordered menu items.
The Specification panel is composed of the following columns:
Payment setting is the payment setting.
Name is name of the specification element: payment setting element, sales department or payment method.
Type is the type of payment operation (Sale or Purchase).
Device is the used fiscal register or authorisation device.
Printer is the receipt printer.
Excluded from payment is the flag for temporarily disabling the payment setting element.
Payment setting element is the parent element of the payment settings specification.
Code is the payment code.
Automatic preauthorisation determines whether to automatically preauthorise payments.
The specification context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adding a payment setting element.
(Alt+Ins) – adding a sales department to the specification.
(Shift+Ctrl+Ins) – adding a payment method to the specification.
(F2) – editing attributes of payment setting specification elements.
(Del) – permanently deleting elements from payment setting specification
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

To add a new element to the payment setting specification, please use the entry window.
To edit attributes of payment setting elements, use the or editor windows.
To select payment setting elements from window fields, use the window.
To add a new element to the payment method to the payment setting specification, use the entry window.
To edit attributes of payment methods in payment settings, use the or editor windows.
To add a new sales department to the payment setting specification, use the entry window.
To edit attributes of sales departments in the payment setting specification, use the and editor windows.
A permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting elements from the payment setting specification.
