Windows used with seating and device layouts:
The editor window is opened by the command in the context menu of the directory when one or more seating and device layouts are selected.
If one layout is selected in the data grid, the editor window will open.
The window contains the Properties , Access , Background and Layout panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
When two or more layouts are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. The title in the window header is Seating and device layouts.
A panel with a list of the selected layouts is added to the window together with the Properties and Access panels. The Background panel is not displayed on a multiple editor window.
When multiple records are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected records.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The entry window is used to add one or more new layouts to the directory.
The entry windows enables the user to create a room layout for a table group. The entry window is opened by the command or by pasting one layout from the clipboard.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The multiple entry window will open in case pasting more than one layout from the clipboard. Then a panel with a list of the selected layouts is added to the window, and the title in the window header changes to the .
