Abstract

The Store period closure settings directory is used to create store periods.

Store periods can be closed (it disables the documents created during this period of time) or deleted (it makes the documents editable).

Location: Store - Settings - Store period closure.

The window contains a filter panel and a data grid with store periods closed for selected store groups.

Data grid columns:

Name – name of the store period.
While the store period closure is being processed by the storekeeping system, it is assigned the status Running. If errors are detected in the store period closure, it is assigned the status Execution error.
Store group – name of the store group where documents were created.
Date – end date of the store period.
Status (store) – status of the store period. Status can be one of the following:
- Running – assigned to the store period when processing before being closed.
- OK – assigned to the store period after the store documents have been processed on all stores of the selected store group.
- Execution error – assigned to the store period in case an error occurs.
System – system objects tag.

The context menu contains the following commands:

Add (Ins) – adds a new store period.
Edit (F2) – edits the selected store periods.
Note
Basic store period properties are read-only. Only user defined properties added as notes can be edited.
Delete (Del) – deletes already closed store periods.
Deleting the store period will make the related documents editable again.
Run – processes documents on store.
The command is only available when a store period with the status Execution error is selected.
Errors on closing store period – views the operational report on store period errors.
The command is only available when a store period with the status Execution error is selected.
Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

In order to close new store periods, use the New store period and New store periods entry windows. The Store period and Store periods window are used for viewing existing store periods.

The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting store periods.
