Windows used with store periods:
All of these windows are opened from the data grid of the directory.
The editor window is opened by the one or more store periods, and edit additional properties (notes), if there are any.
command and is used to view the basic properties ofIf one store period is selected, the editor window will open.
Window fields:
Name – name of the closed store period.
Read-only in the editor window. Required field in the entry window.
Store group – name of the store group for which the store period is created.
Read-only in the editor window. Required field in the entry window.
Selection is made in the window.
Store documents in the selected stores, will be unavailable for editing, if they were created earlier than the open date of the store period.
Date – closure date of the closed store period.
Read-only in the editor window. Required field in the entry window.
When the store period is closed, store documents created earlier than the start date of the store period, become unavailable.
Click
to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.On attempting to process a document created earlier than the start date of the store period, an error message will be displayed.
When two or more store periods are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. The title in the window header is . A panel with the list of the selected store periods is added to the window.

The entry window is used to add one or more new store periods to the directory.
The entry window is opened by the command or when adding a store period from the clipboard.
The fields are the same as in the window. All fields are required.
The entry window is opened when multiple store periods are added from the clipboard. A panel with the list of the store periods to be pasted from the clipboard is added to the window.
