Abstract

Windows used with planned cost record specification items:

Planned cost record specification item and Planned cost record specification items editor windows
Planned cost record specification item sequential editor window
New planned cost record specification item and New planned cost record specification items entry windows
Planned cost record specification item and Planned cost record specification items viewing windows

All these windows are opened from the context menu of the Specification panel's data grid.

The editor window is opened by the Edit command when one or more planned cost record specification items are selected.

If one specification item is selected, the Planned cost record specification item editor window will open.

Window fields are as follows:

Document – number of the planned cost record the specification of which contains the stock item. Required field.
Stock item – name of the stock item to which the planned cost applies. Required field.
Selection is made in the Select stock item window.
Unit (stock item) – stock item unit of measurement. Required field.
Selection is made in the Select stock item unit of measurement window.
Cost price – planned cost price of the stock item. Required field.
Index – defines the order in which the stock item is included in the specification of the planned cost record.
Comment – brief description.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

The Planned cost record specification items multiple editor window opens when multiple specification items are selected for editing. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected specification items, with the planned cost record that they relate to in brackets to the right of each item.

The planned cost record specification item sequential editor window is opened by the Edit sequentially command when selecting a standalone specification item.

During sequential editing the editor window contains the <Edit and Edit> buttons.

The New planned cost record specification item entry window is opened by the Add command in the specification context menu or when adding a single stock item from the clipboard.

The New planned cost record specification items entry window is opened when multiple stock items are added to the specification from the clipboard.

The planned cost record specification item viewing window opens using the View command when one or more specification items of planned cost records with the status Ready are selected.

The Planned cost record specification item viewing window is used to view a planned cost specification item.

The Planned cost record specification items viewing window is used to view two or more planned cost record specification items.
