Windows used with planned cost record specification items:
All these windows are opened from the context menu of the Specification panel's data grid.
The editor window is opened by the one or more planned cost record specification items are selected.
command whenIf one specification item is selected, the editor window will open.
Window fields are as follows:
Document – number of the planned cost record the specification of which contains the stock item. Required field.
Stock item – name of the stock item to which the planned cost applies. Required field.
Unit (stock item) – stock item unit of measurement. Required field.
Cost price – planned cost price of the stock item. Required field.
Index – defines the order in which the stock item is included in the specification of the planned cost record.
Comment – brief description.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Click
to save data. Selecting will close the window without saving data.The multiple editor window opens when multiple specification items are selected for editing. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected specification items, with the planned cost record that they relate to in brackets to the right of each item.
The fields are the same as in the window.
The planned cost record specification item sequential editor window is opened by the command when selecting a standalone specification item.
During sequential editing the editor window contains the
