The Specification panel is intended to enter specification data for planned cost records.
The Specification panel lists stock items for which planned costs are specified.
Data grid columns:
Stock item – name of the stock item included in the specification of the planned cost record.
Unit (stock item) – stock item unit of measurement.
Cost price – planned cost price of the stock item.
Stock item group – name of the stock item group that the stock item belongs to.
Type – stock item type.
Comment – short comment.
Document – number of the planned cost record the selected stock item belongs to.
Status – status of the planned cost record.
Index – indicates the order in which stock items are included in the planned cost record.
Class – class of the stock item.
The context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a stock item to the specification of the planned cost record.
Command is available only in specifications of planned cost records with the status Not ready.
(F2) – edits or views stock items included in the specification of the planned cost record.
The Not ready. If the record has the status Ready, the command is replaced by the command.
command is available only in specifications of planned cost records with the status(Del) – permanently deletes the selected stock items from the specification of the planned cost record.
The Not ready. If the record has the status Ready, the command in the context menu is disabled.
command is available only in specifications of planned cost records with the status(Shift+F2) – edits specification items in sequence without closing the editor window.
The Not ready. If the record has the status Ready, the command in the context menu is disabled.
command is available only in specifications of planned cost records with the statusmovement of the selected stock items.

When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.

New specification items are added using the and windows.
The and editor windows are used for editing specification items. A sequential editor window can also be used, which is also named .
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting specification items from the planned cost record.
If the planned cost record has the status Ready, no changes can be made to its specification. In this case specification items are disabled, and the command is replaced with the command.
When multiple specification items are selected, the or viewing window opens.
