Planned cost record specification item window

The Specification panel is intended to enter specification data for planned cost records.

The Specification panel lists stock items for which planned costs are specified.

Data grid columns:

Stock item – name of the stock item included in the specification of the planned cost record.
Unit (stock item) – stock item unit of measurement.
Cost price – planned cost price of the stock item.
Stock item group – name of the stock item group that the stock item belongs to.
Type – stock item type.
Comment – short comment.
Document – number of the planned cost record the selected stock item belongs to.
Status – status of the planned cost record.
Index – indicates the order in which stock items are included in the planned cost record.
Class – class of the stock item.

The context menu contains the following commands:

Add (Ins) – adds a stock item to the specification of the planned cost record.
Command is available only in specifications of planned cost records with the status Not ready.
Edit / View (F2) – edits or views stock items included in the specification of the planned cost record.
The Edit command is available only in specifications of planned cost records with the status Not ready. If the record has the status Ready, the Edit command is replaced by the View command.
Tip
If the Edit command is unavailable, select the Not ready option in the Status menu.
Delete (Del) – permanently deletes the selected stock items from the specification of the planned cost record.
The Delete command is available only in specifications of planned cost records with the status Not ready. If the record has the status Ready, the Delete command in the context menu is disabled.
Tip
To make the Delete command available, select the Not ready option in the Status menu.
Edit sequentially (Shift+F2) – edits specification items in sequence without closing the editor window.
The Edit sequentially command is available only in specifications of planned cost records with the status Not ready. If the record has the status Ready, the Edit sequentially command in the context menu is disabled.
Tip
To make the Edit sequentially command available, select the Not ready option in the Status menu.
Stock movement – opens the operational report on movement of the selected stock items.
Command is available only for filled in specifications of planned cost records regardless of the records' current status.
Stock item turnover – opens the operational report on stock turnover of the selected stock items.
Command is available only for filled in specifications of planned cost records regardless of the records' current status.
Status – menu with the commands to alter the document status.
When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.
Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

New specification items are added using the New planned cost record specification item and New planned cost record specification items windows.

The Planned cost record specification item and Planned cost record specification items editor windows are used for editing specification items. A sequential editor window can also be used, which is also named Planned cost record specification item .

The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting specification items from the planned cost record.

If the planned cost record has the status Ready, no changes can be made to its specification. In this case specification items are disabled, and the Edit command is replaced with the View command.

When multiple specification items are selected, the Planned cost record specification item or Planned cost record specification items viewing window opens.
