Windows used with tasks:
The editor window is opened by the command in the context menu when one or more tasks are selected.
If one task is selected, the window will open.
The window contains Properties and Schedule panels.
Name -- name of the task.
Task type -- task type that the task belongs to.
-- user name of the employee who added the task.
Filter parameters -- filter parameter panels representing filter steps for the selected task type.
Inactive -- allows the task to be temporarily deactivated.
The value is selected from No or Yes.
Description -- brief description.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Security category -- security category assigned to the task.
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
When two or more tasks are selected for editing, the multiple tasks editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected tasks. The Filter parameters field is not displayed.
When multiple tasks are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected tasks.
