The Access panel is used to specify the security level either directly assigned to a user role or inherited by it.
The Access panel displays the field:
Security level defining the security level assigned to the user role. This is a required field.
Please select a level in the window.
If the security level of the user role is inherited from system settings, its name will be displayed in green.
