Access setting by user role window

The following windows are used to manage access settings by user role:

All these windows are opened from the Access settings panel data grid.

You can open the editor window using the Edit command and modify attributes of one or more access settings by user role.

If one entry was selected in the table, the Access setting by user role editor window is opened:

The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

If two or more entries were selected in the table, the editor window for multiple access settings by user role is opened. The name of the window changes to Access settings by user role. A panel with a list of selected elements is added to the window. Security levels included in selected access settings are displayed in brackets:

The fields and their completion rules are similar to the Access setting by user role window.

The entry window allows you to add one or more access settings by user role to the specification.

You can open the New access setting by user role entry window using the Add command or by pasting an item from the clipboard to the specification.
