Change table (table number)

To change the table in the guest tab, specify the guest tab and select the Change table command in the Change menu.

This will open the Select table window:

Enter the table number or select its name from the list. Press OK. This will close the editor window.

Additional information

After entering the first (few) digits of the table number, the system filters the list of tables by these digits.

The specified table will be applied to the selected guest tab. At the same time, the guest tab will be removed from the list of guest tabs for the original table and will be added to the newly selected table.

Additional information

Changing the table in a guest tab belongs to the restricted POS terminal operations. Performed operations are stored in the Restricted POS terminal operations operational report.

You might need to authorise the operation and specify its reason. In the Restaurant waiter mode parameters, you can configure whether the operation needs to be authorised and the procedure according to which it will be stored in the list of restricted operations.

Pressing Cancel will close the editor window without changing the table.

At the same time, this guest tab will be added to the list of guest tabs for the newly selected table
