IDs panel in the Stock item window

The IDs panel is intended to manage the IDs assigned to stock items. IDs such as, for example,barcodes, are used to select stock items when you prepare various documents. The IDs panel data grid displays all IDs assigned to the stock item.

Data grid columns:

  • Stock item indicates the stock item for which the ID has been specified.

  • Container type is the container type used for storage of the stock item.

  • Quantity denotes the quantity of the stock item (added to the store document specification) represented by the ID.

  • Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement used for the stock item.

  • Code is the code assigned to the stock item's ID.

  • Type is the type of the stock item's ID.

  • Mask is an attribute to indicate whether the ID code is a mask.

  • Comment is a short comment on the stock item's ID.

The specification context menu contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a new ID to the stock item's specification.

  • Edit (F2) – edits the stock items' IDs.

  • Delete (Del) – permanently deletes the IDs assigned to the stock item.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

The New stock item ID entry window is used to add a new ID to a stock item. The Stock item ID and Stock item IDs editor windows are used to edit parameters of stock item IDs.

The confirm permanent deletion prompt appears when you delete stock item IDs.
