Stock item concurrences directory

Stock item concurrences determine how to deduct stock items from the store. Stock item concurrences also specify how to add recipe items of compound stock items to the specifications of stock-out records.

The Stock item concurrences directory is used to manage stock item concurrences.

Location: StoreDirectoriesStock item concurrences.

Data grid columns:

  • Name denotes the name of the stock item concurrence.

  • Description is a brief description of the stock item concurrence.

  • Security level indicates the security level assigned to the stock item concurrence.

  • System is a tag identifying system objects.

The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a new stock item concurrence.

  • Edit (F2) – edits the existing stock item concurrences.

  • Delete (Del) – deletes stock item concurrences to the Recycle bin.

  • Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.

  • Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

The New stock item concurrence and New stock item concurrences entry windows are used for adding new stock item concurrences. The Stock item concurrence and Stock item concurrences editor windows are used for editing stock item concurrences.

When you delete concurrences from the Stock item concurrences directory, a confirmation prompt appears.

The Select stock item concurrence window is used to select stock item concurrences from fields in other windows.
