FastFood mode has been created for fast food venues. This kind of venue normally has a high customer flow; customers must be served as quickly as possible. To ensure smooth and fast operation, FastFood mode has the following features:

  • a streamlined interface,

  • all operations linked to order-taking and payments are carried out at one workstation,

  • for every new customer, the service starts with the creation of a new guest tab and ends with payment.

The order entry screen is the start screen of FastFood mode. This way, the employee can immediately start entering the customer's order. After the order has been submitted, it must be paid in full. During payment, order tickets are printed in the kitchen to start dish preparation. The employee can create an additional order if the customer decides to order more items during payment.

If the order has been partially entered but the customer cannot make up his/her mind about the rest of the order, the employee can save the partially entered order and take another order from the next customer. To return to the saved guest tab, the employee opens the list of guest tabs. From there, he/she can continue working with the saved order, continue the interrupted bill payment, or print the receipt for an order that has already been paid for.
