Windows used with ID groups:
All of these windows are opened from the directory context menu.
The editor window is opened by the command in the context menu when one or more ID groups are selected.
If one ID group is selected, the editor window will open.
Parent group -- name of the group to which the ID group belongs.
To move a group to the top level, select (empty) in the drop-down list. This will clear the value in the field.
Name -- name of the ID group. Required field.
Description -- brief description.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Suspended -- whether the ID group is temporarily suspended.
Selection is made from Yes or No. Selecting Yes disables the ID group without deleting it.
Security category -- security category assigned to the ID group. Required field.
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
When two or more ID groups are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected ID groups. The title in the window header is .
The fields are the same as in the editor window.
When multiple ID groups are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected ID groups.
The entry window is opened by the command from the context menu.
