The Specification panel contains the list of stock items included in the stock-in record.
Data grid columns:
Stock item – name of the stock item included in the specification.
Volume – volume of the specification item in the stock-in record.
Unit (stock item) – stock item unit of measurement.
Concurrence – name of the stock item concurrence associated with the stock item.
Price – stock item price per unit.
Total – total value of the selected amount of the stock item excluding VAT.
VAT % – VAT rate applicable to the stock item.
VAT amount – amount of VAT.
Inc. VAT – total value of the selected amount of the stock item including VAT.
Comment – brief description.
Status (store) – status of the stock-in record specification item.
The status is set after the stock-in record is processed by the storekeeping system.
Stock item group – name of the stock item group that the stock item belongs to.
Type – stock item type.
Class – stock item class.
Document – number of the stock-in record.
Index – order of the stock item in the stock-in record specification.
The specification context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a stock item to the specification.
Command is accessible only in specifications of stock-in records with the Not ready status.
(F2) – edits or views the selected specification items of the stock-in record.
The Not ready status if the specification has at least one stock item. If the document has the status Ready or Registered, the command in the context menu is replaced by the command.
command is only enabled in the specification of stock-in records with the(Del) – permanently deletes the selected items from the stock-in specification.
The Not ready status. The command is disabled in incomplete specifications regardless of the status of stock-in records.
command is available when one or more specification items are selected and the stock-in record has the(Shift+F2) – edits specification items in sequence without closing the editor window.
The Not ready.
command is only available in specifications of stock-in records with the statusmovement of the selected stock items.
– opens the operational report onThis command is available only for filled in specifications of stock-in records regardless of the documents current status.
stock turnover of the selected stock items.

The command is enabled if only the specification item that caused an error of document processing by store software has been deleted.

When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.

(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
New specification items are added using the and entry windows.
The и editor windows are used for editing specification items. A sequential editor window can also be used for editing, which is also named .
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting stock-in record specification items.
If the stock-in record has the status Ready or Registered, no changes can be made to its specification. In this case specification items are disabled, and the command in the context menu is replaced with the command.
