The following windows are used when working with stock-in record specification items:
All of these windows are opened from the data grid of the stock-in specification.
The editor window is opened by the one or more specification items are selected.

Window fields:
Document – name of the stock-in record that the selected stock items are included in. Required field.
The editor window for a single specification item contains the number of the stock-in record where this item is included in.
This value will be entered in viewing windows of the following operational reports: , , and .
Stock item – name of the stock item included in the specification of the stock-in record from the directory or from the operational report. Required field.
The field has a drop down menu with the following commands:
and .The window. The command opens the window.
command opens theStock item names will be entered in viewing windows of the following operational reports: , , and . It will also be presented in viewing windows of various configurable reports.
Volume – amount of the stock item in units of measurement. Required field.
If the stock item was selected in the window, the default value will be the absolute amount of the stock item on hand.
Volume of the stock item indicates the amount by which the stock on hand will be increased once the document is successfully processed by the storekeeping system.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement of the stock item. Required field. The name of this field is not displayed in the window for more convenience.
Selection is made in the window. By default this field contains the value defined for this stock item in the directory.
Unit of measurement shows the way of measuring volumes of the stock items included in the specification of the stock-in record.
Price – stock item price per unit. Required field.
Price is defined per one
unit of the stock item (quantity or volume).
The price at which the stock item is received at the store is used for calculating stock item purchase prices and cost prices.
Total – total value of the specified volume (or quantity) of the stock item. Required field.
Populated automatically after entering values in the Price and Volume fields.
Total = price * volume
VAT % – VAT rate applicable to the stock item. Required field.
This field displays the default value specified in the directory.
The VAT rate is used to calculate the VAT amount to be applied to the stock item.
VAT amount – amount of VAT on the selected stock item. Required field.
The field is populated automatically after entering values in the Total and VAT % fields.
VAT amount = amount * VAT %
This percentage defines the amount of VAT for the selected stock item.
Inc. VAT – total value of the selected amount of the stock item including VAT. Required field.
The field is populated automatically after entering values in the Total and VAT % fields.
This value shows the amount of money including VAT to be paid for goods.
Index – index of the stock item in the stock-in record specification.
Comment – brief description.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Click
to save data. Selecting will close the window without saving data.If two or more specification items were selected, the command will open the editor window. It has a panel with the list of the selected items, with the stock-in record number that they relate to in brackets to the right of each item.
The panels and fields are the same as in the window.
The sequential editor window allows stock-in specification items to be edited sequentially in the order that they appear in the document specification without closing the window.
It is opened by the
command from the context menu of the stock-in record specification.For sequential editing the editor window contains the

The entry window is opened by the command in the context menu of the specification or when adding one stock item to the specification from the clipboard.

The entry window is used to add multiple stock items from the clipboard to the stock-in record specification. The window contains the list of stock items pasted from the clipboard to the stock-in specification. The number of this stock-in record in shown in brackets to the right of each stock item.

The stock-in record specification item viewing window is opened by the command and allows one or more selected items with the status Ready or Registered to be viewed.
The panels and fields are the same as in the window.
Selecting
will close the viewer window.When two or more specification items are selected in a stock-in record with the status Ready or Registered, the multiple items viewing window will open. A panel with the list of the selected stock item is added to the window. The number of the related stock-in record in shown in brackets to the right of each stock item.
