Groups are used to combine stock item units of measurement. Owing to recalculation ratios they can be converted from one into another if the amount of a stock item is specified. For example, it is convenient to register vegetables on stores using kilograms, but when preparing dishes it would be advisable to measure vegetables in grams. Both of these units must belong to the same group.
The directory is used to manage units of measurement groups.

Data grid columns:
Name – name of the units of measurement group.
Description – description of the group.
Security level – security level assigned to the group.
System – system objects tag.
The context menu commands:
(Ins) – adds a new units of measurement group.
(F2) – edits the selected units of measurement groups.
(Del) – deletes the selected units of measurement groups to the .
– menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
In order to add new groups to the directory, use the and windows. The and editor windows are used to edit groups.
The confirm delete prompt is used when deleting units of measurement groups. When a units of measurement group is deleted, all units of measurement contained in it are also deleted.
The window is used to select units of measurement groups from form fields in other windows.
