The Specification panel is intended to manage groups and items of the modifier specification. Specification elements are modifier groups and menu items incorporated into these groups.
Data grid columns:
Name – name of the modifier group or item.
Description – brief description of the group or item.
Index – value which determines the position of the group or item in the POS terminal menu.
Modifier – name of the modifier which includes this group or item.
Group – name of the modifier's group which includes the items.
Required – attribute to indicate that this modifier group must be made available when the menu item is ordered.
Default – specifies the modifier item as the default option.
Specification context menu has the following commands:
(Alt+Ins) – adds a new modifier group.
(Ins) – adds menu items to the modifier specification.
(F2) – edits selected groups and items of the modifier specification.
(Del) – permanently deletes groups and items of the modifier specification.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

In order to add a new group of items to the modifier specification, use the entry window. Attributes of selected modifier groups can be altered using the and editor windows.

The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting modifier groups and items.
