Windows used to manage modifiers:

Modifier and Modifiers editor windows
New modifier entry window

All of these windows are opened from the context menu of the Menu directory.

The editor window is opened by the Edit command and enables to edit one or more modifiers.

If one modifier is selected, the Modifier window will open. The window contains the Properties , Access and Specification panels.

The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:

Menu group – name of the group that the modifier belongs to. Required field.
Selection is made in the Select menu group window.
Menu groups determine the hierarchical structure of the menu used to search and select modifiers on POS terminals.
Name – name of the modifier. Required field.
The name of the modifier is displayed in the POS terminal menus and specified in orders, bills and receipts.
Description – description of the modifier.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Apply will save data without closing the window. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

When two or more modifiers are selected for editing, the multiple modifier window will open. The name of the window changes over to the Modifiers. This window includes a panel with a list of the selected items.

The fields are the same as in the Modifier editor window.

The New modifier entry window is opened by the Add command. It allows a new modifier to be added to the directory.
