Abstract

TfmOrders

The following windows are used when working with timed service charge rates in orders:

Timed service charge rate in order and Timed services charge rates in orders editor windows
New timed service charge rate in order entry window.

Windows used to view timed service charge rates in fulfilled orders:

Timed service charge rate in order and Timed services charge rates in orders viewing windows

All the windows are opened from the order specifications in the guest tab.

The editor window is opened by the Edit command when one or more timed service charge rates are selected in the order specification.

If one timed services charge rate is selected in the table, the Timed service charge rate in order window will open.

Fields in the window are editable only if the order has the Not ready status.

Window fields:

Timed service – order item (menu item) representing the timed service. Required field.
Start date – date and time the timed service started. Required field.
Time– duration of the timed service (time interval that equals the volume of the timed service). The parameter format is HH:MM:SS. Required field.
Price by menu – timed service price according to the menu without markups and discounts. Required field.
VAT, % – applicable VAT rate expressed in a percentage. Required field.
Selection is made in the VAT rates directory from a list of enabled VAT rates.
VAT price – the amount of VAT in the price expressed in monetary units. Required field.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Apply will save data without closing the window. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

When multiple timed service charge rates with the Not ready status are selected for editing, the multiple editor window opens.

The title in the window header changes over to Timed services charge rates in orders . It has a panel displaying a list of selected timed service charges, with the timed services that they relate to in brackets to the right of each timed service charge.

The panels and fields are the same as in the Timed service charge rate in order window.

The New timed service charge rate in order entry window is opened by the Add timed service charge rate command. The window enables to add a new timed service charge rate to the guest tab specification.

The panels and fields are the same as in the Timed service charge rate in order window.

The viewing window is opened by the View command when one or more timed service charge rates of an order with the Submitted status are selected. The fields in the window are read-only.

If one timed service charge is selected in the order specification, the Timed service charge rate in order viewing window will open.

The panels and fields are the same as in the Timed service charge rate in order window.

Selecting Close will close the viewer window.

The Timed services charge rates in orders viewing window is opened when more than one timed service charge rate is selected in one or more orders, of which at least one has the Submitted status.

The window has a panel listing the selected timed service charge rates. The order item to which each timed service charge rate relates is displayed in brackets to the right of each charge rate.

Selecting Close will close the viewer window.
