The following windows are used when working with order specification items:
The following windows are used to view items in fulfilled orders:
All of these windows are opened from the order specifications in the guest tab.
The editor window is opened by the Edit command when one or more order items are selected in the order specification of a guest tab specification.
If only one specification item is selected, the editor window will open.
Fields in the window are editable only if the order has the Not ready status.
The window contains the Properties and Additional promotion categories panels.
Order – order which specification contains the item. Required field.
Parent – order specification item which is the parent for the item.
The field is fulfilled if the item is:
modifier (its parent is a menu item to which a modifier is added), or
timed service charge rate (its parent is a timed service).
Menu item – menu item added to the order specification. Required field.
Quantity – number of portions added to the order. Required field.
Volume – volume of the menu item added to the order. The value entered in the field can be changed if a sales parameter that allows the volume to be changed is selected for the menu item. Required field.
Unit (menu) – menu item unit of measurement used to keep records of the order item. Required field.
Price by menu – price of the specification item according to the menu without markups and discounts. Required field.
Discount – total discount on the selected number of menu items in the order. Required field.
Markup – total markup on the selected number of menu items in the order. Required field.
Price – total value of the selected quantity of the menu item adjusted for discounts and markups. The price is used to find the amount the client should pay for goods and services according to the menu. Required field.
VAT, % – applicable VAT rate expressed in a percentage. Required field.
Selection is made in the directory from a list of enabled VAT rates.
VAT price – the amount of VAT in the price expressed in monetary units. Required field.
Total – total value of the selected quantity of the menu item
Promotion category – name of the primary promotion category applied to the order specification item.
Sales department – sales department in which the sale of the menu item will be accounted for. Required field.
Course – order of serving meals.
Seat number – seat occupied by the customer at the table.
Index – position of the item in the order specification.
Comment – brief description of the order item.
Click
to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.When multiple items from orders with the status Not ready are selected for editing, the multiple editor window opens.
The title in the window header is . It has a panel displaying a list of the selected order specification items, with the guest tab that they relate to in brackets to the right of each item.

The entry window is used to add one order specification item to the guest tab specification.

The viewing window will open by the one or more selected order specification items from orders with the status Submitted. The window fields are read-only.
