Stock-out records describe operations of releasing stock items to a third party. For example, it can be a return of products to a supplier, release of items to partners.

When processing stock-out records by the storekeeping system, stock on hand is diminished by the amount indicated in the specification of the stock-out record. For example, a stock-out record specifies 10 kg of carrot. After the record has been run on the store, the level of carrot stock will be diminished by 10 kg.

The Stock-out records by store document list is used to manage stock-out records created as a result of releasing stock items to selected partners.

The stock-out records by store list can also be opened using the Stock-out records command from the context menu in the Stores window.

The window contains a panel displaying the filter parameters configured by the user and a data grid with stock-out records matching the filter parameters.

The New stock-out record and New stock-out records entry windows are used for adding new stock-out records.

The Stock-out record and Stock-out records windows are used for editing.

When deleting stock-out records, the permanent delete confirmation window opens.
