The Specification panel is used for entering and editing stock items in the stock-out record specification.
The Specification panel represents a table with a list of stock items included in the stock-out record.
Data grid columns:
Stock item – name of the stock item included in the specification of the stock-out record.
Volume – volume of the stock item included in the stock-out record.
Unit (stock item) – unit of measurement of the stock item.
Price – stock item price per unit.
Total – total value of the stock item excluding VAT.
Concurrence – name of the stock item concurrence associated with the stock item.
VAT % – VAT rate applicable to the stock item.
VAT amount – amount of VAT on the goods released.
Inc. VAT – total amount payable including VAT.
Stock item group – name of the stock item group that the stock item belongs to.
Type – stock item type under which the stock item is categorized.
Class – name of the class with which the stock item is associated.
Price by cost – price of the stock item determined on the basis of cost price.
Total by cost price – calculated stock item cost price.
Total cost of ingredient – calculated cost price of the stock item that is an ingredient in a recipe.
Cold preparation wastage % – percentage of the stock item lost during cold preparation.
Nett – net volume of the stock item after cold preparation.
Cooking wastage % – percentage of the stock item lost during cooking.
Result – volume of the end product after cold preparation and cooking.
Status (store) – status of the stock-out record specification item. Assigned when the document is processed by the storekeeping system.
Comment – brief description.
Document – name of the stock-out record that the selected stock items are included in.
Parent – name of the stock item whose recipe contains the listed stock item. The field is applicable to child items only.
Index – index of the stock item in the stock-out record specification.
Calculated – defines whether the stock item is calculated.
Calculation should be carried out for stock items whose on-hand levels are lower than those specified in the stock-out record specification.
The context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a stock item to the specification.
Command is accessible only in specifications of stock-out records with the Not ready status.
(F2) – edits or views the selected specification items of the stock-out record.
The Not ready status if the specification has at least one stock item. If the document has the status Ready or Registered, the command in the context menu is replaced by the command.
command is only enabled in the specification of stock-out records with the(Del) – permanently delete the selected items from the specification.
The Not ready status if the specification has at least one stock item.
command is only enabled in the specification of stock-out records with the(Shift+F2) – edits specification items in sequence without closing the editor window.
The Not ready status if the specification has at least one stock item: simple stock items or stock items with recipes specified in the specification.
command is only enabled in the specification of stock-out records with themovement of the selected stock items.
– opens the operational report onThis command is available only for filled in specifications of stock-out records regardless of the documents current status.

When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.

New specification items are added using the and entry windows.
The и editor windows are used for editing specification items. A sequential editor window can also be used for editing, which is also named .
The window is used to select a parent item.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting stock-out record specification items.
If the stock-out record has the status Ready or Registered, no changes can be made to its specification. In this case specification items are disabled, and the command is replaced with the command in the context menu.
