The
directory is used to manage stores.Location:
- - .Data grid columns:
Name – name of the store.
Description – brief description of the store.
Stock monitoring – denotes that stock levels on stores will be monitored.
The parameter prevents on-hand stock levels from going negative.
If stock monitoring is not set up, this field is empty.
If the stock monitoring is set up, Yes will be displayed in the corresponding column with the status of recalculation of stock item cost price:
Running – recalculation of the stock item cost prices is in progress.
OK – operation is completed successfully.
Execution error – calculation of the cost price failed because of an error.
Security level – security level assigned to the store to adjust the access to information about store operations.
Location – physical location of the store.
Document prefix – code that is automatically added to reference numbers of documents relating to the store.
Store group – name of the store group that the store belongs to.
Status (store) – status of stock monitoring for the store.
Can be Running, OK or Execution error.
Sales record processing – name of the segment in which sales records created in the store are processed.
Current on hand processing – name of the segment in which current on hand levels are processed.
System – system objects tag.
The directory context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new store.
(F2) – edits the selected stores.
(Del) – deletes the selected stores to the .
stock on hand for the selected stores.
– opens a list ofcurrent on hand for the selected stores.
– opens a list ofThis command is only available for stores that are configured for current on hand processing (the Current on hand processing column contains segment names).
– menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
The and entry windows are used for adding one or more stores. The and editor windows are used for editing items in the directory.
The confirm delete prompt is used when deleting stores from the directory.
