The
operational report is used to view information about usage of earlier received stock items.Location:

The window contains a panel with filter parameters and a panel listing the elements that match the selected filter parameters.
Stock-in documents containing the selected stock items are displayed in the table as parent elements that include stock-out records for the selected stock items as child-elements.
Data grid columns:
Stock item – name of the stock item included in the store document specification.
Unit (stock item) – stock item unit of measurement.
Stock item group – name of the stock item group to which the stock item belongs.
Store – name of the store on which the document was created.
Document – number of the document whose specification stock items were included in.
Document date – date on which the document was created.
Volume – volume of the stock item.
For the used stock item, shows what amount of the used stock item was refilled with the received stock item; for the received stock item, shows the received amount of stock item needed to refill the stock level of the used stock item.
Price – price set for the used stock item.
Equals the cost of the received stock item intended to refill the given volume of the used stock item.
Total – total cost of the used stock item refilled with the received stock item.
Comment – brief comment to the store document specification item.
Document type – store document type.
Status – store document status assigned by the user.
Status (store) – status of the document specification items assigned after processing by the storekeeping system.
Status(overall) – overall status of the store document.
Type – stock item type.
Class – class of the stock item.
Volume in document – volume of the stock item specified in the specification.
For a stock-in document - the volume that was received according to the given document; for a stock-out document - all the used volume.
Price in document – price of the stock item.
Total in document – total cost of the stock item.
You cannot edit the
report. Context menu commands:– views store document specifications.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
