The Security levels directory is used to manage security levels and access settings.

Location of the directory: Access - Security levels.

Data grid columns:

Name is the name of the security level.
Description is a brief description of the security level.
Owner is the user role of the employee entitled to change the security level in this directory.
System – system objects tag.

The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:

Add (Ins) – creating a new security level.
Edit (F2) – editing security levels.
Delete (Del) – deleting security levels to the Recycle bin.
Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add new security levels, please use the New security level and New security levels entry windows. To modify attributes of the directory contents, use the Security level and Security levels editor windows.

When deleting security levels from the Security levels directory, a confirm delete prompt is used.

To open the directory from windows of other directories, please use the Select security level window.
