The Access settings panel contains a table with a list of access settings customized for the selected security level.
Access settings connect user role, security level, and employee privilege. Access settings allow you to determine connections between user roles of the employees, authorisation specifications (employee privileges) and system objects that might need access authorisation.
You can also customize access rights in the and directories.
Data grid columns:
Security level is the security level for which you customize access settings.
User role is the user role included in the access settings.
Employee privilege is the employee privilege included in the access settings.
The context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adding an element to the access settings for a security level.
(F2) – editing access settings.
(Del) – permanently deleting elements from access settings.

(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
To add new access settings, please use the and entry windows. To edit settings attributes, use the and editor windows.
When deleting access settings from the security level specification, a permanent delete confirmation prompt is used.
