Employee ID window

In the IDs panel you can specify IDs used by the employee

Data grid columns:

ID is an ID used by an employee.
Issued on is the date when the ID was issued to the employee
Note
The Issued on field is populated automatically when saving the ID specification attributes of the employee. It cannot be edited manually, and its value does not alter when the ID is changed.
Comment is a short text comment.
Employee is the name of the employee.
Suspended is an attribute showing that the employee's ID has been temporarily suspended.

The context menu contains the following commands:

Add (Ins) – adding a new ID to the employee specification.
Edit (F2) – editing attributes of the IDs, assigned to the employees.
Delete (Del) – permanently deleting IDs from employee specifications.
Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add a new ID to the employee specification, please use the New employee ID entry window. To edit attributes of the IDs, assigned to the employees, use the Employee ID and Employee IDs editor window.

When deleting IDs from employees specifications, a permanent delete confirmation prompt is used.
