Regular customer points operations list

The Regular customer points operations list is used for working with operations that add or deduct regular customer account points.

Location of the list: TransactionsRegular customer points operations.

You can also open the regular customer points operations list by using the Points operations command in context menu of the data grid in the Regular customers directory window.

The view list window contains a panel with filter parameters and a panel displaying the list of regular customer points operations that match the selected filter parameters.

Data grid columns:

  • Name indicates the name or the number of the regular customer points operation.

  • Description is a brief description of the regular customer points operations.

  • Date denotes the date and time when the regular customer points operation was performed.

  • Regular customer designates the regular customer who earns or spends points as a result of the operation.

  • Regular customer group is the group of regular customers, which includes the given regular customer.

  • Quantity indicates the number of points added or deducted during the operation.

  • Point type is the type of points added to the client account as a result of the operation.

  • Employee is the staff member who ran the regular customer points operation.

Context menu commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a new regular customer points operation.

  • Edit (F2) – edits attribute of regular customer points operation.

  • Delete (Del) – deletes regular customer points operations from the list.

  • Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.

  • Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add information about new regular customer points operations, use the New regular customer points operation and New regular customer points operations entry windows. To edit attributes of list items, use the Regular customer points operation and Regular customer points operations editor windows.

When you delete regular customer points operations from the list, a confirm permanent deletion prompt appears.
