The directory is used to manage the images that illustrate groups and menu items on the POS terminal.

Data grid columns:
Name is the name of the menu picture or menu picture group.
Description is a brief description of the menu picture.
File name denotes the name of the picture file.
Image designates an image to illustrate menu groups or items on the POS terminal.
Security level is the security level either assigned to or inherited by the menu picture.
System is a tag identifying system objects.
Menu pictures and all their attributes are displayed in the data grid. Only the names of picture groups are shown. Other attributes of picture groups can be viewed in the directory data grid.
The context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new menu picture.
(Alt+Ins) – adds a new menu picture group.
(F2) – edits the selected menu pictures or menu picture groups.
(Del) – deletes the selected menu pictures or menu picture groups to the .
– menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
The and entry windows are used for adding new menu pictures to the directory. The and windows are used for editing menu pictures.
To add new menu picture groups to the directory, use the and entry windows. Attributes of the selected menu picture groups can be changed using the and editor windows.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt appears when you delete menu pictures or menu picture groups.
The window is used to access this directory from fields of other directories. The window is used to select menu picture groups.
