The Specification panel is used for entering and editing stock items in the stock adjustment record specification.
The Specification panel lists stock items for which an operation type has been specified. If Stock-out is selected, the stock item will be deducted from the store. If Stock-in is selected, the stock item will be added to the store.
Data grid columns:
Stock item is the name of the stock item to be deducted from or added to the store.
Parent indicates the stock item, the recipe of which contains the listed stock item.
Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement for the stock item.
Quantity indicates the quantity of the stock item included in the stock adjustment record specification.
Cold preparation wastage % denotes the percentage of the stock item quantity modified during cold preparation.
Net is the net quantity of the stock item after cold preparation.
Cooking wastage % denotes the percentage by which the quantity changes as a result of cooking.
Yield is the yield of the stock item after cold preparation and cooking wastage.
Operation type is the type of operation carried out on the stock item when processing the stock adjustment type in the store.
It can have one of the following values: Stock-out and Stock-in.
Concurrence is the name of the stock item concurrence associated with the stock item.
Price by cost is the price of the item after cost price calculation.
Total by cost price denotes the cost price of the stock item.
Total cost of ingredient is the calculated cost price of a stock item that is an ingredient in a compound stock item recipe.
Price is the stock item price per unit. This field is filled in only for Stock-in operations.
Total is the total price of the indicated quantity of the stock item. This field is filled in only for Stock-in operations.
Status (store) is the status of the stock adjustment record item after processing.
Calculated defines whether the stock item is calculated.
Comment is a short text comment.
Stock item group is the name of the stock item group to which the stock item belongs.
Class is the class to which the stock item belongs.
Type denotes the stock item type to which the given stock item belongs.
Document is the number of the stock adjustment record, the specification of which contains the stock item.
Index indicates the place of the stock item in the adjustment specification order.
The specification context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new item to the stock adjustment record specification.
This command is available only in specifications of stock adjustment records with the status Not ready.
(F2) – edits and displays adjustment record specification items.
/(Del) – permanently deletes items from the sales record specification.
(Shift+F2) – allows the user to edit specification items in sequence.

The command is enabled only if the specification item that caused an error during document processing by the store software has been deleted.

When you select one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When you select documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

To add new specification items, use the and entry windows.
The and editor windows are used for editing specification items. A sequential editor window can also be used; this window is also named .
The window is used to select the parent specification item.
The confirm permanent deletion prompt appears when you delete stock adjustment record specification items.
Stock adjustment records with the Ready or Registered statuses cannot be edited. In this case, the specification items become read-only, and the command is replaced with the command in the context menu.
The and viewing windows are used to view properties of specification items in stock adjustment records with the Ready or Registered status.
