Receipt sale specification item window

The following windows are used when working with receipt sales specification items:

Windows used to view specification items of ready and paid-for receipts:

All of these windows are opened from the Sales specification panel data grid.

You can open the editor window by using the Edit command. From here, you can edit one or more receipt sales specification items. You can only edit sales specification items in receipts with the Not ready status.

If one item is selected in the specification data grid, the Receipt sale specification item editor window opens.

The window is composed of the Properties and Bill panels.

The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:

  • Receipt is the receipt, the sales specification of which includes the given item. This is a required field.

  • Bill specification item is the specification item that is transferred from the bill to the receipt. This field is read-only.

    The Bill specification item field can be edited in the New receipt sale specification item and New receipt sale specification items windows. Please select a value in the Select bill specification item

    window.
  • Menu item is the menu item that was added to the receipt sales specification from the bill specification.

  • Quantity is the quantity of the menu item.

    This field contains the value defined for this item in the Menu directory.

  • Unit (menu) is the unit of measurement for the menu item. This field is read-only.

    It contains the value defined for this menu item in the Menu directory. For convenience, the name of this field is not displayed in the window.

  • Number of portions is the number of identical bill items that were included into the receipt sales specification. This is a required field.

  • Remainder is the number of identical menu items in the bill that were not added to the receipt. It is expressed in the same units of measurements as Quantity and Number of portions. This field is read-only.

    The value shown in the field equals the difference between the number of identical specification items in the bill and the value entered in the Number of portions field in this window.

  • Price is the price of the specification item according to the menu (without markups or discounts).

  • VAT, % is the value added tax (VAT) rate expressed as percentage.

  • VAT price is the size of the value added tax added to the price. It is expressed in monetary units.

  • Discount is the value of the discount applicable to the menu item.

  • Markup is the amount of markup applicable to the menu item.

  • Total is the amount paid for the selected number of specification items (including discounts and markups). The total determines the amount to be paid by the client for goods or services.

  • Sales department is the sales department where the sale of the menu item will be registered.

  • Index denotes the order of items in the receipt specification.

  • Comment is a short text comment on the receipt specification item.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

The multiple editor window opens if two or more entries are selected in the receipt sales specification.

The name of the window changes to Receipt sale specification item. The window displays the Properties panel and a panel with a list of the selected items. The associated receipts are specified in brackets.

If two or more receipts with different statuses are selected, the changes will apply only to receipts with the Not ready status.

The fields and panels are similar to those in the Receipt sale specification item window.

You can open the entry windows by using the Add command or by pasting one or more sales specification items of one or more receipts from the clipboard.

If one item is selected in the specification data grid, the New receipt sale specification item window opens. While the Bill specification item field remains empty, the window will only display the Properties panel.

After the Bill specification item field is filled out, the Bill panel is added to the window.

The fields and panels are similar to those in the Receipt sale specification item window.

The New receipt sale specification items entry window opens if two or more sale specification items are pasted from the clipboard. A panel with a list of the selected items is added to the window from the clipboard.

The panels and fields are similar to those in the Receipt sale specification item window.

The viewing window for receipt sales specification items allows you to view attributes of one or more items that have been added to the sales specifications of one or more receipts.

You can open this window by using the View command on one or more selected sales specification items of receipts with the Ready, Paid, or Deleting status.

If one item is selected in the specification, the Receipt sale specification item viewing window opens.

Selecting Close will close the viewing window.

The panels and fields are similar to those in the Receipt sale specification item window.

The multiple viewing window opens if two or more items are selected in the receipt sales specification and at least one of the receipts has the status Ready, Paid, or Deleting.

The name of the viewing window changes to Receipt sale specification item. A panel displaying a list of the selected items is added to the window; their associated receipts are specified in brackets.

The fields and panels are similar to those in the Receipt sale specification item window.
