At this stage, you need to create a promotion category that will be used to grant a free portion of Amstel beer after two portions have been ordered. This promotion will apply both on weekdays and during the weekend.

Open the Promotion categories directory and add the promotion category Third beer. Fill out the fields in the Properties panel.

Press OK. The editor window will close, and changes made to the directory will be saved. Now you can assign the promotion category to the division.
