Administrator mode is used by the employees who act as venue administrators and, accordingly, have the rights to carry out high-level operations on the POS. Moreover, the administrator controls the actions of other employees and can correct their errors. The operations carried out in Administrator mode are divided into groups.

The first group contains operations for opening and closing the business day. Dividing work into business days helps you streamline reports; block POS terminals after the workday has been closed; create sales records at the end of the day; and check bill payments, guest tabs statuses, and courier transaction balances.

The second group encompasses operations on open and closed guest tabs. These operations are carried out in the list of the business day’s open guest tabs and the list of the business day’s closed guest tabs. These lists contain all the guest tabs created by all a division’s employees on all POS terminals in the division. In the guest tab list, the administrator can edit guest tabs, orders, and bills and carry out payments. The administrator can therefore correct any errors made by other employees when opening guest tabs, entering orders, and making payments.

The next group includes till (fiscal register) operations. To perform these operations, the administrator must log in on the POS terminal to which the fiscal register is connected. A separate group of operations is created for each fiscal register connected to the POS terminal:

The last group consists of authorisation device operations. Operations on authorisation devices will be accessible if these devices are connected to the POS terminal. The authorisation device operations include:

When you start Administrator mode, the start screen opens with a list of the operations available to the administrator.

Operations can be selected in the list of administrator operations. Operations on authorisation devices and fiscal registers are listed separately for each device.
