The following windows are used when working with auto-order items:
All of these windows are opened from the context menu of the Specification panel.
The editor window is opened by the one or more auto-orders are selected.

The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Auto-order – name of the auto-order to which the menu item is added. Required field.
Auto-order item – name of the menu item added to the auto-order. Required field.
Volume – amount of the menu item. Required field.
Selection is made from Volume from menu or Enter value. If Volume from menu is selected, the field is automatically filled with the value specified for the item in the directory. Selecting Enter value allows an arbitrary volume to be entered.
Unit (menu) – unit of measurement used for the menu item. The name of this field is not displayed in the window. The field is read-only.
By default this field contains the value defined for this item in the directory.
Quantity – amount of the menu item. Required field.
Default value is 1
, which means just one portion of the menu item.
Price – price for the specified volume of the menu item before any discounts or markups. The field is read-only.
Calculated from the volume specified in this window multiplied by the price specified for the item in the directory.
Total – total value for the selected quantity of the auto-order item. The field is read-only.
Calculated from Price multiplied by Quantity.
Index – position of the auto-order item in the order on the POS terminal screen.
By default, a new item is added to the lowest position in the list (i.e. it is given the highest index number). The default index can be changed if the user wants to rearrange auto-order items in the window table and in the list on POS terminals.
Click
to save data. Selecting will close the window without saving data.The multiple editor window opens when two or more auto-order items are selected for editing.
The title in the window header is . It has a panel displaying a list of the selected items, with the auto-order they relate to in brackets to the right of each item.
When multiple auto-order items are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected items.
The fields and panels are the same as in the editor window.
The entry window is opened by the command. It allows a new menu item to be added to the auto-order specification.
